Opened a stall at the Hong Kong Food Expo

I recently participated in the Hong Kong Food Expo. The five-day stay was a substantial experience for me. Above all, the energy and speed of Hong Kong had so much to teach. The high cost of living was astonishing, and it made me realize how much Japan seems like a poorer country in comparison. During the so-called “lost 20 years” of deflation, the world kept expanding and moving forward, and this experience made me acutely aware of that fact. As Japan is now on the verge of breaking away from deflation, I want to move forward without falling behind and rid myself of the deflationary mindset. This experience in Hong Kong has made me realize the importance of looking outwards to the world. I am excited to return to Hong Kong in November.
