Our Rakuten Market store opened in May. Although our product lineup is not yet fully fleshed out, we will continue to add items gradually.
Normally, the inconvenience of only being able to purchase our products at our factory sale, held once every two months, can be resolved through our online store.
While there are both pros and cons to online sales, and while it does save us some operational effort, the shipping costs and transaction fees mean that our products will be more expensive compared to those sold at our direct sales events. However, for customers in the Adachi ward who we ship to, we are including a discount coupon (with no expiration date) that can be used at our direct sales events, as a way of giving back to you for your patronage.
In the future, we are considering adding online-exclusive products as well.
